3.	The Franchise contract will be offered for an agreed-upon number of years with an optional renewal clause and will incorporate conditions regarding trademark usage and manuals to assist in your business.

4.	You, as the Franchisee, will:

.	Develop with Pure & Secure, LLC. a timetable for introduction and marketing of the Pure Water ULTIMA in the territory you will be responsible for.

.	Develop a marketing plan for review by Pure & Secure, LLC.

.	Guarantee a minimum purchase level of Pure Water ULTIMA products. This will vary according to the territory and will increase as your business becomes better established.

.	Operate your Pure Water ULTIMA Franchise as a separate business with a specific, dedicated workforce.

5.	There will be a formal agreement to better define the terms of the franchise relationship and your responsibilities.
